i had my heats today.

ran for 1oom,4 x 100m and 3km.
but in the end 4 x 100m heats
was 'cancelled' cox we had not enough participates.
yea.. so into finals le.

3km was tiring man!
so long nvr train up then suddenly run
long distance so cham.

but guess it wasnt so bad afterall.
rmb-ed the time running 4km during nov
hahas.
that was fun!

but this time round...
cldnt make it.
