been having lotsa training recently
thus the lack of updates.
sorry to those who asked me to join their events and i cldnt make it!
am quite busy now.

oh yea, about the the photo album thingy,

training's been quite hectic.
intensive started again, a new year.
though much different, i'll work hard for spex all over again!
i miss you guys though

water resistance today(:
fun but tiring, had to really go against the pulling and water!
but the cool water was really nice in a rainy weather(:
had a leg cramp later during the relay though
