yeap, Michael Phelps, he is just awesome, seriously.

swimming so incredibly fast, he wins 8 olympic gold medals in a single olympics, and a total of 14 in two. totally surpassing Mark Splizt's record of 7!

however, despite being the 'most decorated Olympian in olympic history' and other big titles, he remains humble and doesn't go about bragging his achievements all around, still attributing much credit to his fellow teammates in his swim relay teams.

watching him swim, i feel so inspired, seriously, every single time. like you can just feel the dream, passion and drive- the WANT. makes me want to watch him even more, and i feel kinda sad there's no more swimming in the olympics already. but anwy, CONGRATULATIONS PHELPS. you did it, and you're so cool! 8D

i'll miss having you on TV!
