haven't been training for ages,

thus ytd's effect's totally surfacing to me now,

in addition to the trembling hand, 

now my whole body's aching from head to toe :O

and my hand's STILL trembling, likethere's  some earthquake that's happening :/

oh crap.

anwy, met up with cedar dearies today :D

amg, it's been a looooong time since we've had lunch 

and chilled together.

though it was only for like a reallyyyy short time,

it was great to at least meet up with you all and catch up (:

ahhhh, i miss Cedar like truckloads : O

good ol' times those were,
