Leadership Symposium 2012
Was a tough week; amongst the toughest so far. As much as nobody said it was gonna be easy, the present always seems the toughest until it has passed, and the effect is diluted.
Must say that I'm really really proud of the comm for managing to pull through the 3 days with only 4-5 people each day. Ladies power. Thank you for each and every effort of yours. Without any one of you, the rest would have to climb more flights of steps, rush around preparing more materials, come to school earlier and so so much more.
The effort of the rest of the comm is definitely very commendable as well, so kudos to everybody :)
Now with the end of LS, most of my duties have been fulfilled and its time i should begin completely focusing on my studies as well. Unfortunately, there must be some implications of having an ultra hectic schedule which suppresses all your illnesses, such that when opportunity for a break arises, all these illnesses immediately surfaces.
So I'm currently experiencing the backlash of last week now. Headaches to buckets of phlegm to a horrendous sore throat and voice to a sore and tired body to temperamental fevers are all doing their part now. Which begs me to question whether i should continue to study for next week's exam or rest instead. Sigh.
Time for some mind over matter now.
